1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms
A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm hotel and houseboat reservations. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule outlined in your official itinerary invoice.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days prior to travel: 90% refund (10% administrative fee).
- 15-30 days prior to travel: 50% refund.
- Under 15 days prior to travel: Non-refundable due to peak season hotel commitments.
3. High Altitude & Extreme Weather Disruptions
High-altitude roads (such as Khardung La, Baralacha La, or Zoji La) can close due to sudden snow accumulation or landslips. Truepath Tour and Travels reserves the right to adjust itinerary sequences for safety.
