Mandatory Guidelines & Safety Tips
Age Limit & Health
Pilgrims must be between 13 and 70 years of age. Pregnant women beyond 6 weeks are not allowed.
Compulsory Health Certificate
Yatris must obtain a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) signed by an authorized doctor in their state.
High Altitude Fitness
Prepare with daily walking (4-5 km) and breathing exercises at least a month prior to the journey.
